PREAMBLE
WHEREAS, in 2011 the City of Madison reconstructed University Avenue to the west of the Breese Terrace intersection, and,
WHEREAS, in 2010 the City of Madison reconstructed University Avenue to the east of the Breese Terrace intersection, and,
WHEREAS, the ongoing construction of the Development known as the Wisconsin Energy Institute is nearing completion and includes the widening of University Avenue at this intersection, and,
WHEREAS, the City desires to install median islands at the Breese Terrace intersection upon completion of the right-of-way improvements undertaken by the Developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the reconstruction of the University Avenue/Campus Drive /Breese Terrace intersection are hereby approved.
