BE IT RESOLVED,

1)      That the plans and specifications for N. Franklin - N. Blair Street Sanitary Crossover, be and are hereby approved.

2)      That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.

3)      City Engineering and Real Estate are authorized to proceed to create the needed Relocation Order subject to future council approval of that work.
