Approving Addendum No. 1 to Linden Park - Phase 7, Private Contract No. 2205. (1^st AD)

Body

WHEREAS, on October 8, 2010, the Developer, Great Neighborhoods West, LLC, hereinafter the "Developer" had entered into a Contract For the Construction of Public Improvements that will be accepted by the City of Madison with the City of Madison, and;

WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting to modify the existing Contract For the Construction of Public Improvements that will be accepted by the City of Madison to detail the Developer's wish to remove and salvage the City owned Lift Station in the Hawks Woods Subdivision located at 10002 Soaring Sky Run, and;

WHEREAS, the City and Developer are mutually benefited by the removal and salvaging of the existing lift station.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute Addendum No. 1 for Linden Park - Phase 7, Contract No. 2205, with Great Neighborhoods West, LLC.
