The Wisconsin Office of Justice Assistance has Homeland Security grant funds available for local agencies to upgrade VHF radios to operate on WISCOM.The City grant application was for $18,759  22,987.88 for this project.

WHEREAS, the City wishes to upgrade radios to operate on WISCOM.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City approves acceptance of this grant if awarded and approves the grant budget

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Mayor, City Clerk and designated Fire Department employees are authorized to execute any necessary grant documents.
