Accepting sanitary sewer, and street and terrace improvements constructed by Private Contract In WID/MIR - 1301 University Avenue PUD, Private Contract No. 2190. (8th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, and street and terrace improvements (including incidental storm sewer improvements) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: WID/MIR - 1301 University Avenue PUD.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer and street and terrace improvements (including incidental storm sewer improvements) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

A) Total Contract Value (including Engineering

B) Contributions in Aid of Construction:

3. That the street and terrace on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
· University Avenue from N. Randall Avenue to N. Orchard Street
· N. Randall Avenue from University Avenue to Campus Drive
· Campus Drive from N. Randall Avenue to N. Orchard Street
· N. Orchard Street from University Avenue to Campus Drive
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2190 $255,814.00 for a useful life of 40 years.
