WHEREAS, MB Real Estate, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous surface improvements by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction for: Heather Glenn Replat - Phase II.  
 
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
 
1.  That said bituminous surface improvements be and are hereby accepted.  
 
2.  That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".  
 
 
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule "A"      $22,000.00
 
                                   
 
3. That the bituminous surface improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
 
·      Country Lane from Avalon Lane Alley (West Line Of Lot 88) to the E Plat Line
·      Avalon Lane from Avalon Lane Alley (West Line Of Lot 70) to the E Plat Line
·      Drumlin Lane from the E Line Of Lot 123 to Avalon Lane
·      Avalon Lane Alley from Avalon Lane to Country Lane Alley
·      Avalon Lane Alley from the W Line Of Lot 70 to Avalon Lane Alley
·      Country Lane Alley from Country Lane Alley to Country Lane
 
 
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2100      $46,000.00   for a useful life of 40 years.
