Reconstruct East Washington for approximately 500 feet at the intersection of  North Livingston Street to allow for left turns from East Washington onto North and South Livingston.  Project includes removing existing median,  removing and replacing concrete pavement and sidewalk, moving street lighting, installing signal and left turn lanes to allow protected left turn.
