Fiscal Note
The net additional cost in 2011 is estimated at $2,795 in salary expense, plus $1,188 for benefits, or a total of $3,983.  The projected annual cost is $14,540 in salary expense, plus $6,180 for benefits, or a total of $20,720.  All funding is paid by Federal grants and will be accommodated in the CDD operating budget.  There is no net impact on the levy.
