Resolution that position #1862 of "Engineer 2" in Compensation Group 18, Range 08, currently occupied by T. Buss, in the permanent salary detail of the Water Utility budget, is deleted and recreated as a "Water Construction Supervisor" in Compensation Group 18, Range 09, and that the incumbent is reallocated to the new position, thereof.
