DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment would change the boundary of the Camp Randall High Density Vending (HDV) Area to remove part of the 1500 block of Jefferson Street from the HDV area. This part of the block, closest to Regent Street, is now within of the UW Football Game Day Vending Area. The other half of the 1500 block of Jefferson (south to Oakland Ave.) would remain in the Camp Randall High Density Vending Area.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 2. of Subdivision (b) entitled “Definition of High Density Vending Area” of Subsection (7) entitled “Regulations and Procedures for Vending in High Density Vending Areas” of Section 9.13 entitled “License for Selling on Public Streets” of the Madison General Ordinances is amended to read as follows:
“2. “Camp Randall High Density Vending Area” includes the following: The 10-200 blocks of North Spooner Street and Lathrop Street (between University Avenu...
