Accepting a Public Sanitary Sewer Easement from JDM Properties LLC across property located at 640 North Henry St.
Body
WHEREAS, the JDM Properties LLC (the “Owners”) are the owners of the property located at 640 North Henry Street (the “Property”); and
WHEREAS, in order to facilitate the reconstruction of public sanitary sewer facilities; the City Engineering Division requested that the Owners grant to the City, at no cost, a public sanitary sewer easement (the “Easement”) across said Property; and
WHEREAS, the Owners have agreed to grant the required Easement to the City as a part of their application for a Conditional Use Permit; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Division has reviewed and recommends acceptance of said terms and the Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Madison authorizes acceptance of a Public Sanitary Sewer Easement from JDM Properties LLC over the following described property (the “Easement Area”) and depicted on Exhibit B:

Part of Lots 4, 5, and 14, Block 4, Original Plat, being a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 14, Township 7 North, Range 9 East, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most Easterly corner of said parcel, being a point on the Southwesterly right-of-way line of Henry Street; thence South 46 degrees 22 minutes 00 seconds West along the Southeasterly line of said parcel, 58.00 feet to the Southwesterly line of said parcel; thence North 43 degrees 51 minutes 56 seconds West along said Southwesterly line, 127.87 feet; thence North 53 degrees 29 minutes 54 seconds East, 58.48 feet to the Southwesterly right-of-way line of Henry Street; thence South 43 degrees 51 minutes 56 seconds East along said right-of-way line, 15.12 feet; thence South 53 degrees 29 minutes ...
