Assessing Benefits - West Gorham Street & North Broom Street Reconstruction Assessment District - 2009 and Rescinding RES-10-00805, Legistar File Number 19723.

WHEREAS RES-10-00805 included the incorrect final Schedule of Assessments; and
WHEREAS the parcels in the assessment district were therefore not final assessed for the improvements; and
WHEREAS the construction of improvements in the West Gorham Street & North Broom Street Reconstruction Assessment District - 2009 have been completed; and
WHEREAS it has been determined that the abutting properties are to pay the amount per the attached schedule of assessments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the sums so charged to the abutting property be and are hereby assessed and levied upon said property payable by the owners of the lots or parcels of land benefited as determined by the Board of Public Works, and in accordance with its recommendations, the amount so charged to each of the lots or parcels of land so benefited being as follows, to wit:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that RES-10-00805, File 19723, is hereby rescinded.
