Body
WHEREAS, a Public Works Emergency per Wisconsin Statute Section 62.15(1b), was declared on February 16, 2011, to repair roof panels at the Metro Transfer Points (North, East, and West); and,
WHEREAS, the repair has been completed by Joe Daniels Construction.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the emergency is hereby declared to be satisfied and is closed and the work is accepted as completed; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the contractor, Joe Daniels Construction be paid in full.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the Public Works Emergency declared on February 16, 2011 is hereby terminated.
