The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3530. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3530. The following described property is hereby omitted from the R4 General Residence District and added to the RPSM Research Park - specialized Manufacturing District:
A parcel of land located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 27, T8N R10E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said Section 27, thence S88°07'48"W a distance of 546.96 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence S 01°52'12"E a distance of 483.8 feet; thence S88°07'48"W a distance of 313.64 feet; thence N10°17'48" E a distance of 174.03 feet; thence N26°56'56"E a distance of 312.36 feet; thence continuing N26°56' 56" East a distance of 37.66 feet; thence N88°07'48"E 110.91 feet along the North Line of said Section to the Point of Beginning; said parcel including a portion of the vacated right of way of Burke Road, contains 2.53 acres."
