DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance amends Section 9.13(2) by raising the Special Event Umbrella street vending license fees as shown herein.  This license is administered by the Parks Division and available only to a sponsor of a special event for which a street use permit has been issued and the fee covers all vendors who are vending as part of the approved special event.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
      Subsection (2) entitled "Special Event Umbrella License" of Section 9.13 entitled "License For Selling on Public Streets" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by amending herein the following:
      "1-25 vendors                  $300350
      26-100 vendors            $500575
      101-300 vendors            $700800
      301 or more vendors            $12001,350"
