PREAMBLE

Monona Drive from W. Broadway to Pflaum Road was reconstructed in 2010.  The construction project included federal STP urban funds along with participation from Dane County and the City of Monona.  A portion of this segment of Monona Drive lies within the City of Madison.  The work was accomplished by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation in 2010 and the City of Monona was the lead municipality.  The City of Madison will reimburse the City of Monona for the cost to reconstruct the City of Madison's portion of Monona Drive and installation of new water main.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the City of Monona for the reconstruction of Monona Drive (W. Broadway to Pflaum Road)
