Title

Amending the Ethics Board Rules of Procedure.

Body

Whereas, Sec. 3.35(10) MGO, provides that the Ethics Board shall develop written rules of procedure which shall be submitted to the Mayor and Common Council for approval, and,

Whereas, The Ethics Board Policy Manual constitutes such rules of procedure for the Ethics Board, and,

Whereas, following public hearings and debate, the Ethics Board has prepared amendments and revisions to the Ethics Board Policy Manual and has submitted them to the Common Council for approval,

Now, Therefore be it Resolved, that the Common Council by this resolution approves said revisions to the Ethics Board Policy Manual.
