No expenditure is required.  Under a companion Resolution (Legistar #21144, to be introduced to Council on 2.1.2011), the incumbent "EOC Outreach Coordinator" is reallocated to the new classification of "EO Investigator/Conciliator 2" at the incumbent's current compensation level.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance deletes the classification of EOC Outreach Coordinator in Compensation Group 18, Range 04, thereof.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

      Subdivision (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 3.54 entitled "Compensation Plan" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by deleting the classification of EOC Outreach Coordinator in Compensation Group 18, Range 04, thereof.
