DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance retitles the classifications of EOC Investigator/Conciliator 1-3 to EO Investigator/Conciliator 1-3 in Compensation Group 18, Ranges 04, 06, and 08.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

      Subdivision (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 3.54 entitled "Compensation Plan" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by retitling the classification of "EOC Investigator/Conciliator 1" in Compensation Group 18, Range 04 as an "EO Investigator/Conciliator 1," the classification of "EOC Investigator/Conciliator 2" in Compensation Group 18, Range 06 as an "EO Investigator/Conciliator 2," and the classification of "EOC Investigator/Conciliator 3" in Compensation Group 18, Range 08 as an "EO Investigator/Conciliator 3," thereof.
