Approving a Certified Survey Map of property owned by the City of Madison and Sara J. Herpolsheimer and Donald A. Kidd located at 1313 Troy Drive and 3629 Becker Drive. 12th Ald. Dist.
Body
WHEREAS Resolution 10-00852 authorized the acceptance of an Offer to Purchase from Sara J. Herpolsheimer and Donald A. Kidd for a portion of the City-owned public walkway parcel located at 1313 Troy Drive, and
WHEREAS said resolution authorized the City to process and create a two-lot Certified Survey Map to facilitate the purchase of the sale of the property to Ms. Herpolsheimer and Mr. Kidd, and required all owners to be signatories on the final survey,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a Certified Survey Map of property owned by the City of Madison and Sara J. Herpolsheimer and Donald A. Kidd located at 1313 Troy Drive and 3629 Becker Drive, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, which has been duly filed for approval of the Madison Common Council, be and the same is hereby approved as required by Chapter 236, Wisconsin Statutes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Madison are hereby authorized to sign the certified survey, bond and subdivision contract, subsequent affidavits of corrections, parkland acquisition documents, easement or right-of-way release or procurement documents or any other related document or documents as deemed necessary by the Secretary of the Plan Commission in accordance with the approved Certified Survey Map.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all dedications included in this Certified Survey are hereby accepted by the City of Madison.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Division is authorized to reflect the recorded Certified Survey Map in the Comprehensive Plan and any applicable neighborhood plans.
