The Resolution (and companion Ordinance Legistar #21179 to be introduced to Council on 2.1.2011) effectively retitle the current postions of "EOC Investigator/Conciliator" in the Department of Civil Rights to "EO Investigator/Conciliator."  There is no noteworthy fiscal impact.
