No expenditure is required.  Under a companion Ordinance (Legistar #21180, to be introduced to Council on 2.1.2011), the classification of "EOC Outreach Coordinator" is deleted.  This Resolution reallocates the incumbent to the newly established classification of "EO Investigator/Conciliator" at the incumbent's current compensation level.

Weatherby-Flowers, of "EOC Outreach Coordinator" in Compensation Group 18, Range 04, in the permanent salary detail of the Department of Civil Rights budget is deleted and recreated as a "EO Investigator/Conciliator 2" in Compensation Group 18, Range 06, and the incumbent be reallocated to a postion of EO Investigator/Conciliator 1, CG18-04, underfilling the newly created position, thereof.
