RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute a Cooperative Agreement 2011 Renewal with the Capital Area Regional Planning Commission for the investigation of water resources within the City of Madison through the Dane County Cooperative Water Resource Monitoring Program.  Said agreement renewal covers the period of January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011, and;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Comptroller be authorized to make payment to the Capital Area Regional Planning Commission in accordance with the Cooperative Agreement.  Said payment to be made from Account No. ESTM-54809-563110.
