RESOLVED, that water main installation improvements in Eighth Additon to Blackhawk - Phase 5, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500 to expire not earlier than February 1, 2012 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
