BE IT RESOLVED, that water main installation improvements in Eastlawn - Phase I which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $5,000.00 to expire not earlier than February 1, 2012, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
