WHEREAS, TRMckenzie, Inc.  has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

·      Dregers Way from the east plat line to Silverstone Lane

·      Silverstone Lane from the east plat line to Woods Road

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2050  $30,394.97 useful of 40 years.
