PREAMBLE
The City is proposing to reconstruct Mineral Point Road from Pleasant View Road to Tree Lane and Junction Road/S. Junction Road from Isaac Drive to Valley View Road in 2012/2013. The consultant's services will include the completion of Final Plans & Specifications.
Pursuant to City Ordinances and Policies, the City Engineer advertised for consultant proposals, reviewed the submitted proposals, and recommends the design engineering contract be awarded to Foth Infrastructure and Environment, LLC.
The City of Madison and Dane County are participating in the design and shall cost share the design engineering contract.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and agreement with Foth Infrastructure and Environment, LLC for design engineering services for Mineral Point Road & South Junction Road, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement(s) with Dane County for cost sharing on the project.
