Body

WHEREAS, McGrath-Bassett, LLC,  has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on West Wilson Street and South Bassett Street ajacent to the development.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on June 16, 2009.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2199 $41,904.00 useful life of 40 years.
