Fiscal Note
This agreement includes no significant new wage and benefit provisions for employees covered by this agreement during the two year term, with no general cost of living increase implemented until the end of 2011. Sufficient funds are included in the Adopted 2010 Operating Budget to fund current year costs and are included in the 2011 Executive Operating Budget to fund 2011 costs.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
The Labor Agreement between the City of Madison and the Construction Trades Council of South Central Wisconsin, and its Appropriate Affiliated Locals for the period January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2011 is hereby adopted in its entirety and confirmed in all respects, and the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to sign the agreement.
