Body

WHEREAS, The McBride Companies, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on N. Hancock Street, North hamilton Street & East Johnson Street adjacent to the 303 North Hamilton Street PUD.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on September 1, 2009.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 2191 $57,600.00 useful life of 40 years.
