DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This amendment adds adult day care facilities as a permitted use in the O-1 District. Some existing permitted uses are day care centers not adjacent to residential districts, offices, and clinics.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 10. of Subdivision (c) entitled "Permitted Uses" of Subsection (2) entitled "O-1 Limited Office - Residence District" of Section 28.085 entitled "Office Districts" of the Madison General Ordinances is created to read as follows:
"10. Adult day care facilities."
