Body

WHEREAS, on May 25, 2006, the developer, Union Corners, LLC, had entered into a Subdivision Contract No.  2090 with the City of Madison and,

WHEREAS, the City and the Developer has mutually agreed to modify the agreement to remove the requirement of recording a Certified Survey Map for this development.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute Addendum No. 1  for  Union corners Building Demolition, with  Union Corners, LLC to remove the requirement to complete a Certified Survey Map for this site prior to final acceptance of the project.
