Adopting and confirming Revision No. 271 of the Madison General Ordinances as of June 15, 2010 to incorporate the changes pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 66.0103.

Body

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

All of Revision No. 271 of the Madison General Ordinances, as of June 15, 2010, incorporating the changes made by Ordinance Numbers ORD-10-00029 through ORD-10-00064 and Charter Ordinance Number CHA-10-00001 are hereby adopted in its entirety and Volumes I, II, III and IV as revised through June 15, 2010 be confirmed in all respects.  

Revision No. 271 is published in pamphlet form by direction of the Common Council of the City of Madison, in accordance with Wis. Stat. § 66.0103.
