Body
WHEREAS the 2010 Capital Budget includes an amount of $2,000,000 for the purchase of building and grounds, and purchase of architectural and engineering design services for building improvements, for the future Madison Police Department Training Facility; and,

WHEREAS the Madison Police Department has completed purchase of the existing office and warehouse structure located at 5702 Femrite Drive for $1,640,000; and,

WHEREAS the total contract compensation for Phase #1 professional architectural and engineering design services for Angus Young Associates, Inc. is $ 66,990; and,

WHEREAS the project is the development and preparation of building designs, plans and specifications, preparation of bid documents, assistance in the bid process, and construction administration for the design of remodel building improvements for Phase #1 tenant improvements; and,

WHEREAS the contract for Angus Young Associates, Inc. shall be extended and amended, by future resolution(s), upon completion of the Phase #1 design to provide architectural and engineering design services through the completion of Phase #2 range construction in 2011 and Phase #3 remodel construction in 2012; and,
