This is a blanket contract for use throughout the 2010 construction season.  Total cost of these services is not to exceed $40,000.  The actual cost of the services will be assessed to individual public works projects and their respective account numbers.

PREAMBLE

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract for purchase of services with JSD Professional Services, Inc. for surveying services under 2010 Construction Staking.  The project includes individual surveys located throughout the city for street, storm, sanitary sewer, water main and electrical construction staking.
