Resolution that position #1033 of "Housing Operations Division Director" in Compensation Group 21, Range 17, in the permanent salary detail of the CDA Housing Operations budget is deleted and recreated as a "Housing Operations Program Manager" in Compensation Group 18, Range 17, and that the incumbent, A. Olvera, is reallocated to the new position.  Be it further resolved that the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to sign an amendment terminating the Employment Contract of Augustin Olvera, thereof.
