This resolution would amend Project 8, "Neighborhood Traffic Management" of the Engineering - Major Streets 2010 Capital Budget to include an additional $134,500 of budgetary authority. The additional funding is to be derived from special assessments ($34,500) and funding from other municipalities ($100,000). No additional General Obligation Debt is required.

Title
Amending the 2010 Capital Budget for Engineering-Major Streets.
Body
WHEREAS Engineering-Major Streets, Project 8, Neighborhood Traffic Management's budget authority does not match existing available funds; and
WHEREAS a special assessment in the amount of $34,500 was not included in the 2010 Capital Budget; and
WHEREAS participation by other municipalities in the amount of $100,000 was not included in the 2010 Capital Budget;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the 2010 Capital Budget of Engineering-Major Streets is hereby amended to provide an additional budget authority of $134,500 for Engineering-Major Streets, Project 8, Neighborhood Traffic Management.
