Body

This work shall consist of stormwater analysis and design to alleviate a reccurring erosion problem and provide stormwater management improvements for the watershed draining to Arboretum Pond 3.

WHEREAS Held Engineering Associates, Inc. is a professional consulting firm qualified to complete this type of work; and

WHEREAS it has been determined that Held Engineering Associates, Inc. submitted the best qualified proposal for this project,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to enter into an agreement with Held Engineering Associates, Inc. for consulting engineering services for the Arboretum Pond 3 - Improvements Phase 2.
