Assessing Benefits - Metrotech Plat Assessment District - 2010, Contract No. 1889. (3rd AD)

WHEREAS, the improvements to serve the Metrotech Plat Assessment District - 2010 have been completed; and,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the properties are to pay the amount per the attached schedule of assessments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the sums so charged to the properties be and are hereby assessed and levied upon said property payable by the owners of the lots or parcels of land benefited as determined by the Board of Public Works, and in accordance with its recommendations, the amount so charged to each of the lots or parcels of land so benefited being as follows, to wit:
