PREAMBLE

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract for purchase of services with Moore Surveying, LLC for surveying services under 2010 Construction Staking.  The project includes individual surveys located throughout the city for street, storm, sanitary sewer, water main and electrical construction staking.

Fiscal Note

Cost for this contract shall not exceed $29,544.  Funds are available in the following accounts:
