Body

WHEREAS, Great Dane Development, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street and terrace improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  625-627 East Mifflin Street PUD

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

that said street and terrace improvements are hereby accepted.  

That the street and terrace improvements adjacent to 625-627 E. Mifflin Street are hereby accepted:

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2120     $7,500.00  for a useful life of 40 years.
