Fiscal Note
The contract terms provide for an annualized salary of $107,673, effective April 20, 2010. The 2010 adopted operating budget of the Building Inspection Division includes funding for the Director's salary of $101,336. The difference in funding will be accommodated within the salary budget of the Building Inspection Division. No additional appropriation is required.

Submitting the name of George C. Hank III for confirmation of a five-year term as Building Inspection Division Director.
Body
Whereas, Mayor Cieslewicz has appointed George C. Hank III to the position of Building Inspection Division Director and has recommended to the Common Council that his appointment be confirmed; and
Whereas, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Hank;
Now, therefore, be resolved that Mr. Hank's appointment to the position of Building Inspection Division Director hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Hank.
