Body

WHEREAS, Dayton Charter, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on West Dayton Street and North Charter Street adjacent to the 202 North Charter Street PUD.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2069 $16,500.00 useful life of 40 years.
