Fiscal Note
This resolution would authorize the City to enter into a $132,000 contract for architectural services relating to the Tenney Park shelter. Funding for this project is included in the Parks Division 2010 Capital Budget, Project Number #15 "Tenney Shelter" (page 272). A total of $1,200,000 is budgeted for the shelter project, consisting of General Obligation Debt of $500,000 and $700,000 of private donations. It is anticipated that additional public and private funding may eventually be required for shoreline and parking improvements.
