Creating Sec. 8.18(7) and renumbering current Sec. 8.18(7) of the Madison General Ordinances to establish 3-hour parking in Olin-Turville Park.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: Currently, parking in Olin-Turville Park is unrestricted. This amendment would limit parking to a maximum of three hours in the lower or southern parking lot.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. New Subsection (7) entitled "Parking Regulated at Olin-Turville Park" of Section 8.18 entitled "Parking Regulated in Certain Parks" of the Madison General Ordinances is created to read as follows:
"7. Parking Regulated at Olin-Turville Park. No person shall park, stop or leave standing any vehicle in the lower or southern parking lot of Olin-Turville Park, whether attended or unattended, for more than three (3) hours."
2. Current Subsection (7) of Section 8.18 of the Madison General Ordinances is renumbered to Subsection (8).
