Body

Committee member Stephan Uselman has missed more meetings than allowed under sec. 33.01(8)(b), MGO.  Mr. Uselman has not resigned or responded to a letter sent on September 25, 2009 concerning lack of attendance on the Allied Area Task Force.  

Now, therefore, be it resolved that Stephan Uselman be removed from the Allied Area Task Force pursuant to sec. 33.01 (8)(b) and sec. 17.12, Wis. Stats.
