PREAMBLE

The City of Madison and Wisconsin Department of Transportation entered into an agreement authorized by Resolution File ID 09722, RES-08-00514 for the construction of East Washington Avenue Segment Four (STH 30 Interchange).

A revised agreement has been prepared with updated costs.  The MPO has made available an additional $42,000 of Federal funding for this project.  The purpose of the agreement is to enable the City to use the additional funding.

BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute amendments to the original agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the construction of East Washington Avenue Segment Four (STH 30 Interchange) based upon the attached fiscal note.
