WHEREAS, Super Valu, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bike path improvements listed below in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following bike path be and are hereby accepted:  Bike path from SW Commuter Bike Path to Verona Road Frontage Road.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1761 $26,200.00 useful life of 40 years.
