Body

WHEREAS,  Miller Construction, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on Maple Grove Drive adjacent to the project known as 3270-3276 Maple Grove Drive PUD/CSM

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on June 24, 2009.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2074 $5,187.00 useful life of 40 years.
