Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into an agreement with the City of Fitchburg for the resurfacing of Post Road.

PREAMBLE
The City of Madison and the City of Fitchburg have scheduled the resurfacing of Post Road from Fish Hatchery Road to Churchill Drive. The Post Road Right of way currently is split between the City of Fitchburg and the City of Madison. The street will be resurfaced with four inches of asphalt pavement under City Contract. The City of Fitchburg and the City of Madison will each be responsible for fifty percent of the cost to resurface Post Road.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the City of Fitchburg for the resurfacing of Post Road.
